Certified Nurse Midwives
Lindsay Breinholt, W.H.N.P., C.N.M.
Dear Friends, Patients and Colleagues:
This is a bittersweet letter to be writing. The winds unexpectedly changed directions for me this past year and after 9 years of delivering babies and providing women’s health services, I am moving in a different professional direction. My last day seeing obstetrics and gynecology patients will be September 30, 2017.
I want to thank all of you for allowing me to be a part of your lives big or small. I have learned from your example and created lifetime friendships. We have laughed together and cried together. It’s been a privilege laboring with many of you and assisting you with the miracle of birth. Sharing your vulnerable and trusting experience is a feeling I’ll never forget. I loved my job because of you. This community we have created in our office at Mt. Olympus OBGYN and St. Marks Hospital is one I will miss dearly. I will miss the relationships I have with my staff, patients and colleagues.
As my family is growing, wearing so many hats and being on-call has been challenging. Although I won’t be providing full scope women’s health, I have decided to continue my passion for aesthetic injections and feminine rejuvenation. I will be working at Spa Trouve on 705 East 900 South, 801-997-8199. I feel privileged to be able to continue providing positive influence for women in a different way.
If you are looking for another Certified Nurse Midwife/Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, you will be in great hands seeing my partner Kira Waters, CNM. She will be providing full scope midwifery care at St. Marks OBGYN. I trust her with your healthcare needs.
If you need to obtain your medical records, they will be stored and available through St. Marks OBGYN. They are located at 1140 East 3900 South Suite 400, Salt Lake City, Utah 84124. You may contact their clinic at (801) 268-6811, by fax at (801) 268-8673 or by visiting www.stmarksobgyn.com.
Thank you for the opportunity I have had to be your Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. I offer my sincerest gratitude for your loyalty and trust in my care. I wish you the very best for the future and hope our paths may cross again.
